Mango Summer Smoothie
1-2 organic sweet, ripe mangoes
(may use more than one,
depending on size)
1/2 to 3/4 cup organic coconut yogurt
Pinch of organic cardamom
Pinch of organic palm coconut
sugar or 1 teaspoon of Manuka
honey
Splash of rose water, to taste
(try a few drops first—it’s very
potent and concentrated)
Optional: 1/2 to 3/4 cup liquid of
your choice—soy milk,
coconut water, etc., to make it a drinkable consistency
Pinch of organic shredded
coconut for garnish
1. Peel and pit the mangoes.
2. Place mango, yogurt, cardamom,
sugar or honey (if using),
and rose water in blender.
3. Blend until smooth.
