Matcha lovers new and old—if you have yet to check out our latest morning collagen flavor, let today convince you. With matcha being a staple ingredient in Kourt’s daily routine, it only made sense to create a blend that resembles her signature matcha latte. As we’ve shared, her OG recipe calls for maple syrup, which can sometimes be a bit heavy (but delicious). We decided to sub in monk fruit extract, since it has a similar taste and only one gram of sugar per serving. Coconut milk powder is also mixed with Matcha Latte Collagen Vibes to give it a creamy consistency like Kourt’s recipe—which contains almond milk.
You can blend the powder with milk or warm water; Kourt takes it with water in the morning, but if you’re into a super-rich flavor, we suggest taking it with your preferred milk option. Other KTB team members drink it with unsweetened almond milk for a thicker beverage (and it gives the drink a prettier color). Learn the simple recipe below.

-2 scoops of our Vital Proteins x Poosh
Matcha Latte Collagen Vibes
-1 cup of warm water (or your preferred
milk)
1. Warm up water or milk (to get Kourt’s full
experience, use mobile kettle).
2. Add two scoops of Vital Proteins x Poosh
Matcha Latte Collagen Vibes. *Kourt likes to
be fancy and uses this whisk to mix.
